What kind of English tack should I use?
My horse's breed is unknown, but she is most like a Quarter Horse. She is about 23. I wouldn't use the saddle or anything a lot, just a bit around my house (the area is rather hilly...) and no jumping. What type of saddle and blanket, etc. should I get? Can i still use the same bit and bridle as I use with my western tack? And, oh, can she change saddles like this without training? We've never used anything but a western saddle on her. Thanks for your help!! 
It looks like I'm answering your questions backwards!
You're already looking on ebay and no you need an additional 2" or more for your seat size when you're talking English. As I said measure yourself from your hip to your knee and that will give you a proper seat size.
Go and look on ebay for some gently used EUROPEAN saddles. The reason I'm saying that is that they will hold up over time and the other saddle who's link you provide will neither fit you or hold up.
